Before claiming a ReefSpins bonus, check the key terms that determine how the offer can be used.

These can include the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, maximum bet, eligible games, bonus expiry and any withdrawal conditions.

For example, some ReefSpins deposit bonuses carry a 35x wagering requirement and a $5 maximum bet, while other offers have different conditions. They would always have an expiry date to claim/activate and an expiry day to use.

Always read the specific terms of the promotion you are claiming so you know exactly what is required before you start playing.

Free spins give you a set number of spins on eligible slot games without requiring you to use your own cash balance for each spin.

At ReefSpins, free spins can be awarded through promotions and can be claimed from your bonus section. The number of spins and the game they can be used on depends on the promotion.

Once the free spins are complete, the amount won is now your bonus cash, which may have wagering requirements and other specifications. Once a game has its free rounds bonus started, it must be completed.

If you have an active bonus, an attempt to make a withdrawal will automatically forfeit the active bonus. You will get a prompt to confirm this before the withdrawal is processed.

It only affects your ‘Active Bonus’, while the pending bonuses; the bonuses you are yet to activate will remain.

Reef Points are ReefSpins loyalty points that can be earned through eligible activities and promotions. The most straightforward and basic way to earn is through Real Cash wagering. If your VIP tier is a Red Snapper, you get 8 points for every $1 real cash wagered. Points earned per wager increase as your Player level gets higher. Once you earn these points, they do not expire.

These points can be collected and exchanged in our Reef Reward section for Free Spins, Free Pass (which is a bonus buy within a game), Bonus Cash, Deposit Match and even No wagering Real Cash (only available to members of the VIP Lounge).

Reels of Reef, Reef Arena and Reef DropZone are ReefSpins features designed to give players additional ways to earn rewards beyond standard casino promotions.

Reels of Reef is a daily rewards feature where eligible players can spin the reels for potential bonus cash, free spins and Reef Points.

The Reef Arena is ReefSpins’ tournament and leaderboard feature, where players can compete for positions on promotional leaderboards based on the relevant tournament mechanics.

Reef DropZone is a random reward feature where cash drops can appear for eligible players. Each feature has its own mechanics and eligibility requirements, so check the individual feature or campaign details to see how you can participate.

You can watch our Video Guide on all of these amazing products to get a better understanding on how these work.

If you have a valid ReefSpins bonus or voucher code, enter it in the designated bonus code section of your account and submit the code exactly as provided. A code may be linked to a particular promotion, player group, campaign or expiry period, so not every code will be available to every player.

Once accepted, the bonus will be automatically available to you under your ‘Available Bonuses’ section.

If you have both Real Cash Balance and a bonus balance, the real cash balance is ALWAYS used first. You can play with your bonus balance only when your Real Cash balance is zero.

Please note that some games only accept real cash bets, in case you are not allowed to play them with bonus balance.

The ReefSpins Promotions page isn’t the only place to find rewards and bonus opportunities. The ReefSpins Facebook Community regularly shares promotions, competitions, giveaways and other ways for members to get involved and potentially pick up free bonuses, free spins or other rewards.

It’s also worth following Reefina, the ReefSpins social media ambassador, as she shares community content, promotions and occasional bonus opportunities. You can also follow the official ReefSpins Instagram page for promotional updates, giveaways, competitions and other community activities.

Joining the ReefSpins Community is a good way to stay up to date with what’s happening across the brand, particularly as some offers and activities may be promoted through social channels rather than the main Promotions page. Follow the official ReefSpins channels and keep an eye on current posts so you don’t miss the next opportunity.
